Nheko doesn't seem to properly lock down rooms (pinned messages only by mods etc.) by default

Describe the bug
Nheko doesn't seem to lock down rooms well (e.g. limit pinned messages to only mods etc.) by default. Instead, it actually seems to have disabled sending any reactions and in one room even sending any regular messages for anybody but administrators when I just opened the permission settings and pressed "Ok", but didn't limit any of the special times that probably should be limited like pins, calls, etc.
When I opened the permissions in Element instead, and fixed normal messages and reactions and beyond that just clicked confirm, this is what Nheko shows it all changed and fixed:
It feels like Nheko should do most of those things by default as well, but it doesn't seem to.``
To Reproduce
(I'm not sure this happens for all rooms, I just saw this with mine:)
- Make a new group chat room and open it up in Nheko
- Open permission settings in Nheko
- Press "Ok"
- Now open up that room in Element with the same account
- Open permissions up in Element
- If needed make reactions and regular messages available for normal users again
- Press "Ok"
- This seems to be the result:
