Things to do for completion of the legacy documentation.

• Update the landing page.
• Update the node list.
  Is done automatically.
• Integrate the Epydoc documentation.
  Should be done with 98eb100 and 5ba934e. Verified locally but should be checked upon upload to Sourceforge again.
• Update the developers.
  Based on PR, comment 1 and comment 2.
• Update installation requirements and optional libraries.
• Added VartimeCovarianceMatrix to utils description.

Possibly (this can be done after completion of the legacy docs as well):

• Add a tutorial on how to write and contribute documentation.
  This depends on the new setup so should be done once the new docs are ready.
