GUS Simpson: screws for endstops seem a bit short; suggest fix with m2x16

The BOM specifies m2x10mm screws, which have 4mm of grab when subtracting the 6mm of endstop thickness. However, since these holes are discretized by layer height, they tend to be a bit loose, whereas holes printed vertically (like the guitar tuner screws) tend to be a bit tight; for any number of polygons, the holes will be slightly smaller than a perfect circle.
Anyhow, I think m2x16mm screws are more appropriate. They reduce the chance of stripping on the formed threads. In the case of the endstops, if there's any printed clearance (like on my printed Motor Arms), the extra threads are great to help lock down the endstops. You really want those tight!
Agreed! I updated the BOM. It is important to note that I haven't updated the Inventor files yet.
