Issue with installing libraries.

I am trying to install HID-Project.h and HID-Settings.h on to Arduino ide. I have tried multiple ways of getting the libraries but I am unable to install them. If I add the libraries zip folder, The .h file doesnt come through and I cant find a HID library when I search within the app. And when I try to verify I get a this file doesnt exist error. And when typing #include <example.h> HID-Project or HID-Settings dont show up. I have also searched up and discovered a lot of people are getting a USBMCU error. In case I get this error could you tell me how to fix it. I am attempting to use a special board called "Tinyduck". Please note this is my first time and I do not have a lot of experience.
