Fix deployment on GPR

After experimenting with GitHub Actions and automatical deployments to GitHub Package Registry, I added a NuGet deployment (didn't want to use the GPR package for now, because I would need to authorize on every restore).
Somehow the deployment to the GPR broke again. Need to fix it.
