I want to use a USBtoI2C dongle on win10, can this firmware support to work on Win10 OS?

This was my first-ever C build. the learning curve on this one was nuts (mostly environment variable issues and code not playing well with mkdir -p. solved problem by following directions. Got it to compile, produce the ic2 firmware, renamed it and transferred it to pico. pico lights up with GPIO 2 & 3 active, but USB device cannot start. "This device cannot start. (Code 10)...A request for the USB BOS descriptor failed." devman (Win 10/11 tested 2 separate computers) regardless of driver. Try to build, please tell me if it works for you
