[Bug] Sidebar width and other Sizes tweaks have no affect on side bar

What

$:/themes/nico/notebook/metrics/sidebar-width is not set by $:/themes/tiddlywiki/vanilla/metrics/sidebarwidth though others like $:/themes/nico/notebook/metrics/topbar-height still work and there is no $:/themes/nico/notebook/themetweaks

Workaround

set $:/themes/nico/notebook/metrics/sidebar-width and other metrics manually (can go to explorer, navigate down the file tree and edit the tiddler directly)

Looks like the vanilla topbar doesn't actually affect the notebook base (unless I misunderstand) and is affecting the wiki in some other way, but it does add to the padding at the top of the stream. Anyway, that may just be unrelated to the above request
