Nothing changes when clicking on the rail over right dot

Two ranges with drag-on-click.
When ranges in one point in the middle, e.g. (min, 10, max 100, values: [30,30]) and when I clicked to the rail at the left side - min dot is sliding to this point. But if I want to click at the right side - nothing changes.
And I think it's a part of this issue
