Add option to remove green particles

I have a request: add an option in the settings to DISABLE all gravestone mod green particles. I hate the green bubbles, and flames! they are ugly looking cause they randomly appear when I swim or use my furnace!

I use 1.12.2 forge 14 23 5 2768

If you are still interested, I have an edited version of the particles.png, it makes the flames red again.

Simply replace the file in gravestone extended/assets/texture/particles with this and you are good.
