Add new gear, rehaul existing setups

The existing gear section is rather outdated, missing at least the following:
- Bow of faerdhinen + crystal armor
- Zaryte bracers
- Zaryte crossbow
- Harmonized nightmare staff
- Sanguinesti staff
Not to mention the upcoming Tombs of Amascut drops. Furthermore, according to the Wiki's guide (not that it's necessarily correct, but it is a usually decent reference) void armor is not the best gear setup to use anymore. With that in mind, the guide should reflect that.

Added in 4534899
