No compiling options with AVR core 1.6.13

All the options in platform.txt were ignored. 1.6.12 works great.
Any ideas? And how can I handle platform.local.txt?

Anyway, since LTO is implemented, compiling options are not really needed anymore. The sketch size is still small enough. There is even room left for future improvements.

They are back. Tested IDE 1.8.2 with AVR Core 1.6.18 - it was a random encounter... These options are not needed anymore, i spended lots of time finding flash saving techniques. But if you are looking for new enhancements, they become usefull as they give additonal 800 Bytes free flash.
