I wanted to ask is it normal that if I put on cosmetics my lunar friends don't see them (both me and my friends are premium), Or is there a way from lunar qt client to show them to everyone

That's normal, there won't be a way for everyone to see them unless you want to fork over the money for LCQT's server costs.
