Setup Material Components Themes correctly

The app has a huge mixture of themes... sometimes Leanback, sometimes Holo. Need to extend and implement the NonBridge versions of the Material Components themes.
Where it makes sense, may need to extend the Leanback themes, but those are used in only a few places in the app.
