Can't use a PKCS11 OpenSSL provider : https://github.com/apache/httpd/blob/18b8e6c4abaded5e9bd59f951d9ce8f52050c171/modules/ssl/ssl_engine_init.c#L1467
If the string starts with "pkcs11:" it will always try to load from the engine instead of the provider.
