Option for `rebar3` to use the current erlang version

rebar3 uses the NixOS default erlang version, which presently is version 25. I'm looking for an easy way to make it (or my whole NixOS system, if possible) use erlang_27. Could you please make an option for that?

Also, i'd like an option to remove wxwidgets as a dependency of erlang_27. Can this be done?

I think everything is possiboe, however i dont think there is any maintainer available at the moment. If you make a PR though, it will get reviewed.
I hope thats not too disapointing.
