  • what tools to check for scheduling availability
  • template post for discourse
  • template for meeting minutes
  • all the motivation and stuff

I'm making it a good point that even if I'm not release manager anymore I'm not going to leave without leaving how I did the job behind 🤣

The GO/NO-GO Meeting is not part of the release process anymore since RFC-85 was merged.
I will leave this issue open to remind me that the corresponding chapter can be removed.
