Investigate hackmd GitHub sync feature

https://github.com/hackmdio/codimd has a feature "Versions and GitHub sync". It allows you to push and pull a note to GitHub. We could very easily use hackmd for issues templates (like ZHF etc.) and super easy docs editing. And whenever the RM is ready with their note it can just be pushed to the repo at their convenience. I hope this isn't too good to be true (like will GitHub wiki like it?)

So it turned out github wiki just wouldn't work with this. So I just decided, why not use GitHub pages and mdbook. So that's what's on master now, and the HackMD integration is installed to the repo. But it still seems I can't sync things. I've created a workspace for the release team https://hackmd.io/team/nixos-release?nav=overview

I don't think there's need for this speed of collaboration anymore, commits and PRs are good enough with the current speed.
