Component links highlighted when scrolling "pages"

Tell us about the issue you are experiencing
After toggling through the components, then switching to a documentation page (if the page is long and requires scrollng) the components in the sidebar will highlight, as if viewing the component section.
What behaviour would you expect?
Component navigation not to be highlighted when scrolling down a documentaton page.
How can this issue be replicated?
Toggle/scroll through components, then switch to a non-component page (lengthy in content) - observe how the component nav items are highlighted while scrolling down the page, despite not being in that section.
