Better feedback when executing payout script

Currently it waits on "Connecting...".
We should display when we connect to vedran, when we sent tx and print message that tx are waiting to be mined.
Maybe we should display payout stats and ask user/operator to confirm?

But then we need some mechanism to undo payout checkpoint.
