Layout is not responsive

I noticed that too when I tried to load the site on my phone. Honestly this was a mad-dash to get something out before the weekend was over.

I definitely want to be able to show off the site on a mobile device. I grabbed FlatUI which I believe builds off of bootstrap. I think I can probably just go into bootstrap and import the responsive stylesheet.

I also need to compact down the gross number of JS dependencies.
