I'm interested in using this for a project and was wondering if this is still maintained? If so, how to npm install?

this started just a POC, thus it is currently not available on npm. I'll check the compatibility with the latest angular versions and upload it as soon as I find time for that.
You're welcome to create PRs and report issues that you face with the library.
