It looks like F9_08_PF_ODTKEIODTOKE somehow got attached to lots of rows by mistake?
Also, this F9_08_PF_ODTKEIODTOKE1 and F9_08_PF_ODTKEIODTOKE2 refer to a foreign address, a domestic address and a business name. Probably the businessname should have a different variable name?
