Test bromoform implementation for NorESM2.3

Bromoform implementation is part of the current master, and switched on by default for simulations using the tnx1v4 grid (not activated for other grids due to missing swa-climatology).
This implementation has probably not been tested properly in a fully coupled configuration sine 2021. We aim to make a test on this implementation for the NorESM2.3 release.
At the moment the CAM and CIME components in noresm2_3_develop are not up to date to make use of bromoform.
