VS services not seen with noble

I've been playing with this demo code and I've noticed that the vendor service (0x1523) is not actually displayed when I run noble's advertisement-discovery.js example.

I do see services advertised with that code if I look at a BLE serial port module, my Fitbit Flex, etc. so I believe the error or omission is somewhere in this code, but I cannot identify where.

I am also a BLE newbie so it's entirely possible that I'm completely wrong. :-)
