With tModLoader 1.4 now in its alpha phase, we can test out porting ModStats to 1.4's ModBrowser.
1.4's ModBrowser now uses Steam Workshop servers instead of Jopojelly's Raspberry PI.

It is still uncertain what will happpen to javid.ddns.net:

I updated tMLAPIs to 1.4 and I think now we're ready to update ModStats too
