CSV of nOGs holders for $SPACE drop

2M space is allocated to nOGs holders, with no multiplier for holding multiple nOGs, and distributed proportionally based on how long each address has held nOGs

1. Grab all current nOGs holders (nOGs token contract: base:0xd094d5d45c06c1581f5f429462ee7cce72215616)
2. Find the date each address first received their nOGs
3. Distribute 2M $SPACE to each nOGs holder based on the amount of time they've held their nOGs divided by the total amount of time nOGs holders have held nOGs.

AC:

1. a CSV of address and amounts where each address's amount is their proportion of 2M based on how long they've held nOGs relative to the total amount of time nOGs have been held
