I had a confusion between Owner and Administrator in channel.service.

I need to respect what an owner can do, and what and administrator can do.

I'll also correct a little bug of ManageChannelPassword components in this branch. (when the actualChannelType is "PASSWORD_PROTECTED" && the user want to switch to "PUBLIC") -> error: access forbidden (http status: 403).
