NSF ripping tips for Mesen-X?

I have a ROM that I want to rip its NSF out of (the one available does not have this specific track in it), and I have not found a guide new enough to explain how to do so with Mesen-X. Please note that I have no knowledge of the 6502 assembly or anything like that, so feel free to leave a link to a guide online if you do not want to deal with burdens like me.
