Cannot import labels from old version cc65 dbg file

For some reason, I have to use cc65 version v2.13.3.
As the title, I found that there is a huge difference between v2.19 dbg file and v2.13.3.
Is there any possibility of importing v2.13.3 dbg file to mesen or other ways that can use mesen-x source-code level debugging
