Heads blipping up in the HUD

Occurred multiple times last night while playing Battle Box with friends, another friend who also had Noxesium installed (presumably from the MCC Island optimized pack on the forums) also experienced the same issue with the same player heads

I created the MCC Island Optimised modpack (modpack/mcc-island-optimised) and I experience this issue on Lunar Client too (which has the latest Noxesium pre-installed).
By the way, this modpack is outdated for now, which means Noxesium is also outdated, but I plan to update the modpack soon, maybe today or a few days later! :)
So the conclusion is I think it's a server-side bug/issue but don't take my word for it, that's just my idea of why it is bugged, wait for the devs to answer this! :)

I believe a way to replicate this is to be in a party with users who have the MCC+ rank on MCC Island
