not a launcher crash, minecraft opens then closes itself

Noxesium is no longer being maintained for 1.20.1. I would suggest either using an older version of Indium/Iris or just not running Noxesium. You seem to be running a modpack. Noxesium is mostly useful for playing on servers, so it's not a required addition to a modpack.
