Need to fix reliance on Astropy/Sunpy astrometry.

Switch so that you use the solar ephemeris from SkyField.

Note that I don't think SkyField gives you the solar north coordinates, so it looks like I can't deprecate the dependence on Sunpy (not that we'd want to, but...)
