Suggestion: more resources references in `docs/quick_start/launch_more_resources.md`

I'm creating a suggestion here instead of sending a PR 'cause I don't want to create a repo and don't have access to creating branches in this repo

As suggested by Chris on Reactor's Discord server and modified by me:

#### Among Us servers softwares:
[Impostor](https://github.com/Impostor/Impostor) - there's already information about it
[Hindenburg](https://github.com/SkeldJS/Hindenburg) - there's already some information about it and a link
[nodepolus](https://github.com/nodepolus/nodepolus) - a Node.js Among Us server

#### Tools
[UnityExplorer](https://github.com/sinai-dev/UnityExplorer) - <insert information about what it's for in the context of Among Us modding/development>
[dnSpy](https://github.com/dnSpy/dnSpy) - <insert information about what it's for in the context of Among Us modding/development>
[ILSpy](https://github.com/icsharpcode/ILSpy) - <insert information about what it's for in the context of Among Us modding/development>

#### Reactor Resources
[Reactor](https://github.com/NuclearPowered/Reactor) - a framework for modding Among Us
[Reactor docs](https://docs.reactor.gg/) - documentation for setting up a development environment with Reactor + a bit more information on getting started with development
_I'd like for the docs to be more extensive and useful for newcomers on how to develop mods for Among Us, or give more clear reference of what you need to know to do what"

#### Among Us game base game and Modding Resources
[AUWiki](https://auwiki.duikbo.at/) - Among Us's networking protocol
[among-us-protocol](https://github.com/roobscoob/among-us-protocol) - outdated (based on what people on Reactor's Discord server told me)
[HarmonyX's Wiki](https://github.com/BepInEx/HarmonyX/wiki) - a wiki of HarmonyX - a library for patching, replacing and decorating .NET and Mono methods during runtime (things that are necessary to modify Among Us)

Also, there's SkeldJS that I think would be great to include a link + short description about for JS developers (such as myself), so people would know it's possible to do Among Us mod development not just with C#.

Hello!

nodepolus is outdated and is more of a research project than a working server
dnSpy is archived although I still think it is the best .NET decompiler right now
sus.wiki is also outdated and should not be referenced
