some things listed in the update, like Kobold Gang, and Kyle, are nor present in either the online play or the downloadable story file

Those little oversights were taken care of on the first and second day after the update and are already resolved.

I checked on it before I posted the issue.

I checked just now, and can confirm that it has been fixed after doing a cache clean
