[BUG] Comments with timestamp doesn't work again

Describe the bug
the issue #11 seems to have returned.
To Reproduce
same as #11, click timestamp on comments. it will error at checkAndSeekTimestamp as
Uncaught TypeError: can't access property "seekTo", window[playerID] is null
Expected behavior
timestamps work.
