We built this system and DROID with GitHub OAuth, and in both cases the OAuth permission model is just too crude. I'd like to rework both of them as GitHub Apps. This one only needs access to a few repositories.
I'm going to ask @lmcmicu to do both this and DROID (when he gets back), since he has the most experience.
