Relation between Asset Management, Inventory and Maintenance Equipment

Using the current Asset Management Module, I see the possibility to purchase the Fixed Asset using Purchase Order then receipt in Inventory. so the movement of the Asset can be monitored in Inventory, and the depreciation can be maintained in the Asset Management.

I wonder if there is relationship between the Inventory/Asset management and the Maintenance or Fleet. Because the Fixed Asset that we purchase can be an Equipment and/or Vehicle/Fleet that needs maintenance.
