[15.0] pos_event_sale : no way to refund hidden event

Describe the bug

It happens that we should cancel an event. On POS, we can choose which stage, tag and template we want to display.
If we cancel an event, we can change that event stage, and if the POS is set to hide event in this specific stage, we enter in the issue.

To Reproduce

Affected versions: 15.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. From POS : Sell ticket on an event from pos,
  2. Froms backend : move event to an non-displayed pos event stage.
  3. Back to POS : Try to refund the order done on first step, the order is empty

Expected behavior
For refund, we should not look filters to show order lines or not
