[16] pos_partner_firstname Can't create a contact

pos_partner_firstname

Since the Odoo update (V16.0.2023.11.11), you can't creat a contact from a POS, the firstname and lastname wasn't save.

V16.0.2023.11.11

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
Wan't creat a customer

A problem with 16.0 branch prevent to merge FIX, but you can use this branch for the moment.
