[V11] website_legal module v,11.0.1.2 the checkbox comes pre-checked.

Hi, I have installed website_legal module v,11.0.1.2 on an Odoo v11. The issue I have is that on the checkout, the checkbox that users should check to agree with our T&C comes comes pre-checked.
Can you advise how should I have that checkbox unchecked by default, respectively have the payment button disabled?
