Default keyboard layout is azerty

Describe the bug
When downloading the current version of TOS (either server or desktop edition) the default keyboard layout is azerty. Since a grand part of the world uses qwerty this should be changed.
To Reproduce
1 Download tos (either one)
2 Type with the keyboard after boot
3 The layout is azerty
Expected behavior
By default this should be qwerty
Additional context
By typing loadkeys us and setxkbmap us this should be fixed (until a new terminal is spawned)
This bug should be fixed with commit 0091160 Note that an azerty build is also provided. This build can be made by issuing the following command sudo ./start.sh -g -a the -a option must be after the -g or -s option and this will build a azerty version of the iso. By default the qwerty layout is build
