The upstream kernel does not include the complete drivers at this point. For development work, my recommendation would be to build and install the kernel from https://github.com/intel-innersource/applications.fpga.opae.linux-dfl/tree/fpga-ofs-dev-5.15-lts. You can follow this process, making the necessary modifications for the location of your current kernel configuration file: https://github.com/OPAE/linux-dfl/wiki/Build-the-linux-dfl-kernel.
