gui: add Description tab with equations to Data section

Add Description subtab within the Data section of the GUI. Populate with markdown like RStudio presentation:

Features could include:

  • use slide title of R presentation to denote layer, eg Output Score : MAR : status
  • include MathJax zoom/hover/etc capabilities
  • modify CSS for defaulting to smaller text size
  • link to other layers, dimensions, etc as applicable to the rendered layer
  • default GUI view to flower plot as imagemap with clickable goal scores
