Hi @jules32,

Gtihub just upgraded its wiki functionality by adding sidebars, footers and improved markdown support for code highlighting, emoji and task lists (see Wikis: now with more love). Seems all the more appropriate to make ohicore wiki the eventual home of the OHI manual. (Note the content there currently is outdated and other content is at ohiprep wiki).

For more, check About Github Wikis help. From this list of projects with great wikis, I like:

  1. hystrix: custom sidebar navigation
  2. snowplow: quick navigation table with icons and description
