Error when multiple manipulation active

If only one Manipulation (with Watermark) is active it works perfect.
If we have more then one manipulation (on different Folders) active its not working.

First we get an Error while Uploading:

But the when the Page reloads we see the message that the file was uploaded. The file appears in the Folder but has all activated manipulations. The Manipulations are assigned to different folders but where used all to the upload in one specific folder. So the Image has every Watermark.

Have the same issue.
more than one manipulation on different folders is not working.
