I have searched all the documents on the offcial website, but only find how to compile desktop editors on win/ubuntu, is there any document tells how to compile app on mac os?

only tells things about how to install for mac os, no compiling

Moved this issue to build_tools repo since it's our base repo for issues regarding the compilation of products from the source
And you're right - there is no instruction for macOS
I've created issue 54035 to discuss it with our team, but I cannot guarantee any ETA for this instruction
