Issue:

There are grids that represent the ‘Theoretical extremes of Moran’s I’, however; the coloured cells are not conveyed to screen reader users, meaning that screen reader users may not be aware of what cells are coloured and are left to guess what Moran’s I looks like.

Suggested Solution:

We advise that the grids are conveyed to screen reader users by a text alternative, such as plain text.
