Issue

At 400% resized text and 1280px X 1024px the text in the diagram of ‘Income deprivation and Moran's I in rural and urban local authorities, 2019’ is overlapping the dots, and this makes it difficult for low vision users to see the content. Additionally, some of the dots are really clustered, and some even spill of the diagram.

“The chart showing Income deprivation and Moran’s | in rural and urban local authorities 2019 text and the heading Disparity and “levelling up” overlap the chart underneath. This makes reading both the chart and the text difficult.”

Suggested Solution

Ensure that at 400% text resized and 1280px X 1024px content does not overlapped, becoming inaccessible and make it difficult to read for low vision users.
