Improve the contrast between points on the jitter plots to ensure that they are colour-blind friendly.

I have tested the jitter plot using Color Oracle:
Normal vision
Deuteranopia
Protanopia
Tritanopia
The four different coloured dots are hard to distinguish with Deuteranopia and Protanopia because three appear to be shades of the same colour.

Maybe I'm being too picky but I find the dark grey and dark purple on Deuteranopia hard to distinguish from a distance.
