I can't get back to my own account after managing someone else's as a trusted individual

I signed into my account and used the 'Switch user' functionality on the Admin page to manage Paula's account (Paula has far better test data than I do).
I can see the 'You are managing...' yellow stripe at the top of the page.
Clicking 'Switch to another account' opens up the account dropdown with my account there to switch back to.
Clicking it does nothing. I just remain on Paula's record.
